It all started on a summer of 2005. I was sitting on my couch watching television, eventually flipping to channel 142. (MTV Jams) A yellow skinned boy with a catchy song in the background filled my television. Automatically I thought 1.) This boy is gorgeous & 2.) This song is pretty cool. The video finished & the name & song finally appeared on the screen, Chris Brown- Run It. From that moment on, I’ve been one of the biggest fans of Christopher Maurice Brown.
5 years later, I still am. My love for this amazing artist has grown tremendously. Some people question why, this is why:
Despite all the troubles & controversies & mistakes, Chris has always done two things; make amazing music for his fans, & greatly appreciate his supporters. Chris’s music brings out all sorts of emotions in me. Whenever I hear his voice I smile. I have never been so in love with an artist. His work is amazing. He’s extremely talented & stays hungry. Its weird but I feel like I know him, just by listening to his music & watching his DVDs. No matter what he has done in the past, it’s the past. The Christopher I see is a humble, talented, genuine, good hearted person.
People need to forgive & forget & realize Chris is the definition of a great entertainer. He is humble, talented, & most important, he is human. No one is perfect. The most important thing in life is learning. I believe Chris has learned from his mistakes & trying his best to move past it but unfortunately some people just won’t let him. I hope he learns to block out the haters & negative things. He’s been strong & continues to do his best. I can’t wait for his future projects to come.
